The Cleaning Systems supplied to the Polyester / Polyfilm / Rayon Industry are typically used for cleaning spinnerets, candle filters and sieves.
These systems have special characteristics like:
• Horizontal or Vertical Rotation arrangements for filter candles
• Maximum Rotational Capacity for 20 candles in a single lot
• Individual indexing for each candle
• Handling of Candles of lengths upto 1500mm
• Tank capacity upto 1800 lt with heating control

These automated systems are PLC controlled and are offered as either:
• Pneumatic, or
• Electro-pneumatic The Multi Stage Cleaning Systems are typically used for cleaning parts like gears, crankshafts, bearings hubs, pistons and piston rings, cylinder bodies etc.
